Is there really a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets a full 7-day free trial with complete access to your chosen plan’s features. No credit card is required to start. If you don’t love it, simply let the trial expire — no charges, no questions.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you’ll be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the new rate takes effect at the next billing date.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-Pesa, Selcom, bank transfers (CRDB, NMB, NBC), and major mobile money platforms across Tanzania. Enterprise customers can also arrange invoiced payments with NET 30 terms.
Do I need a public IP for my routers?
No. Zynternet uses WireGuard VPN tunnels — your MikroTik routers connect outbound to our platform. This means routers behind NAT, CGNAT, or dynamic IPs work perfectly. No port forwarding needed.
What happens when I hit my customer limit?
We’ll notify you at 80% and 95% capacity. You won’t be locked out — existing customers continue to work. You’ll just need to upgrade your plan to add new customers beyond the limit.
Is my data secure?
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Router communication happens exclusively over WireGuard VPN. We do not store any MikroTik passwords — only public keys. Our infrastructure runs on secured cloud servers with regular backups.
Can I use Zynternet with non-MikroTik equipment?
Zynternet’s billing, customer management, SMS, and analytics modules work with any ISP setup. The MikroTik-specific features (provisioning, bandwidth queues, interface discovery) require MikroTik RouterOS. We’re actively working on support for Ruijie, TP-Link Omada, and UniFi.
Do you offer discounts for NGOs or community networks?
